| Dark Magic is at
work in Hogwarts! A fellow student has seemingly vanished
from the famous School of Witchcraft and Wizardry - and it
is up to you to solve the mysterious disappearance! Playing
as your favorite characters, you must try and discover
who did it, what spell or item they used, and
where the student was attacked. Was it Draco Malfoy with
a Sleeping Draught in the Owlery? Move around Hogwarts
making suggestions, but watch out! As the castle contains
hidden doorways and moving staircases, wheels on the board
will keep changing, revealing secret passages, or even the
Dark Mark! Pick up Help cards, which will provide you with
spells, allies and items that protect you from the Dark
Forces and stop you losing house points. When you're sure of
your facts, go to Dumbledore's office to make your final

Prisoner of Azkaban (2004); Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
(2005); Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix (2007).
A collector's binder to store your newest collection will also be

Tonner Dolls Announces New
FAO Schwarz Exclusive Yule Ball Cho Chang

| "An FAO Schwarz Exclusive, Yule Ball Cho
Chang stands 17" tall, with 14 points of articulation, and
comes with extra school clothes. 'We've done Harry,
Ron, Hermione and Draco in their Yule Ball outfits, so as we
go along I want to keep adding to that set,' says Tonner.
'The hair's definitely a challenge. Styled like it was
in the movie, hair's always tough."
Tonner was also asked about doing either a Yule Ball
McGonagall or a Hagrid! His response:
"I'd be up for that. Well, to do Hagrid we'd need to
do a new body - I see that coming in the future. We
haven't started anything like that yet. We've stuck to
the students so that we can work from the library of bodies
that we have." |

I can't show images, yet but
I can let you know what will be in the next wave. Although I
will warn you that WB has insisted they hold off releasing
the figures until closer to the movie.

The next playset is
almost confirmed and looks fantastic. Can't say much,
although the speculation isn't far off, but fans of Fawkes
(new born and full grown) are in for a treat. And there are
already plans for revisiting the other films and characters
(Richard Harris Dumbledore, Flitwick, Hooch, Sprout and
Lockhart were all mentioned over time)
I forgot to mention. They playset they want to do from HBP
(without giving too much away;)) has been shelved until
after the film airs as WB thought the scene far too scary
for kids and felt that figures of the Inferi would be too
upsetting. So they insisted they hear fan reception before
agreeing to the playset.
One last thing... Non Europe fans, be patient. A little
bird tells me that worldwide distribution is in
negotiation!!! |

articulation (neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, bust line,
hips, knees, and ankles). She features hand painted face
details and rooted saran hair. CHO CHANG comes dressed in
her school uniform which includes a white cotton shirt,
pleated wool skirt, button-down cardigan, blue & grey
striped tie, grey tights, and faux leather Mary Janes. Her
RAVENCLAW robe and wand complete her ensemble; display stand

Sculpted in the likeness of Alan Rickman as
PROFESSOR SNAPE and brought to life by award-winning
designer Robert Tonner, the authenticity of this makes it a
true collector’s treasure. PROFESSOR SNAPE stands

Since 2006, NECA has given fans the most movie-accurate
Harry Potter action figures ever seen, and now that we’re
free of literary distractions, we’ve got our minds set on
what toys fall’s Half-Blood Prince might bring! We spoke to
Director of Product Development Randy Falk about what’s in
store for 2008.
ToyFare: Is it too early to discuss Half-Blood Prince
toys?
Randy Falk: Just to get people excited, we’ve started
sculpting a Kreacher house-elf that may not see release
until the Half-Blood Prince assortments. We may pack him
with another elf like Dobby, since they’re half the size of
a regular figure.
What can we expect with the third wave of Order of the
Phoenix figures scheduled for January?
It’s basically an “End Battle at the Ministry” themed
assortment with Lucius Malfoy, Bellatrix Lestrange and a new
Harry in jeans and a sweatshirt.
Will you be doing any figures based on the first three
movies?
We’re actually developing a “Saga” assortment of figures
from the various films that will serve as an interim line
before we get to Half-Blood Prince. We’re working on a
set right now that has Mad-Eye Moody, a Richard Harris
version of Dumbledore from Chamber of Secrets, a Harry also
from Movie 2 and the Weasley Twins as depicted in the later
films. We’ll have them out some time in March or April. We
might even try to get a young Draco Malfoy in that line too.
Any plans for more dioramas like the Riddle Grave box
set?
We’re actually planning a Harry vs. Basilisk diorama that’d
have part of the stone base with the Basilisk’s head coming
out and a new version of Harry with his sword. Also, we’re
thinking about offering the Richard Harris Dumbledore and
Year 2 Harry as a box set with a bunch of extras like Fawkes
on his perch, the Sorting Hat and other cool elements from
Hogwarts.
